- Salary: $250,000 – W-2
- 8 weeks PTO
- 6% salary contribution to 401K by employer
- $3000 CME
- STD/LTD
- Health, vision, dental covered for employee
- $1,000 to HSA if on eligible plan
All CRNA group. Independent practice. Regional anesthesia expected.
Case mix- ortho (with blocks), general, GYN, ENT, podiatry, and urology.
No weekends, holidays or call. A lifestyle job with a great anesthesia group.
